张鹏课题组致力于医学人工智能(AI in Medicine)研究方向,整合高通量测序等新技术,开展免疫微环境解析、基于队列的女性衰老模型构建、AI辅助药物研发等研究课题,获得包括国家重点研发计划、国家科技重大专项在内的多项国家和省部级项目支持。 研究成果以通讯作者身份发表于Nature Immunology、Developmental Cell、Gut、Nature Communications、Signal Trans Target Ther等国际权威杂志。 担任Phenomics、J Genet Genomics等杂志编委会成员,Nature Biomedical Engineering、PNAS等杂志审稿人。
